Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) is one of the premier Management Associations in the country. TMA, which is affiliated with the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, was established in 1985 by a group of dedicated and enterprising management leaders. TMA comprises CEOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders who are actively involved in the promotion of Management development in the country, particularly in the State of Kerala. TMA is also actively engaged in the promotion of education and training in management. Through its various activities, the association has contributed significantly to all the professional and management initiatives in the Kerala State capital.
TMA has invited nominations for the Management Leadership Award. and has instituted this award to recognize and honour professionals with outstanding track records who have left their mark in their respective sphere of activity. Past Recipients of this prestigious award are doyens at the State and national level who hail from diverse spheres like industry, Science and Technology, Socio-Economic reforms, etc. This award focus on achievements during the respective previous financial Year 2021-2022
A jury comprising of experts from Industry / Education, as well as representatives from past recipients, will finalize the awardee. Institutions, members of TMA, and LMA’s of AIMA in Kerala are welcome to nominate the management leaders of their choice.
