Dear Friends,

Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) will soon mark its 40th anniversary. Time has just whizzed past, and TMA has witnessed the business world evolve—from the first space shuttle, IBM & Macintosh PCs, CDs, disposable cameras, and contact lenses in the 1980s to smartphones, social media platforms, electric vehicles, Chandrayaan, and AI in the 2000s.

We now stand at a critical juncture where adaptive leadership must evolve to meet the challenges of a rapidly transforming world. From technological disruptions and entrepreneurial revolutions to pressing societal concerns, the choices we make today will define our collective future.

TRIMA 2025

TMA’s flagship annual management convention, TRIMA, brings together eminent leaders from industry, academia, government, and the next generation of change makers, in addition to its regular members. Over the years, TRIMA has emerged as a vital forum for discussions on inclusive growth, skill development, innovation, and regional advancement, while offering strategic insights for both public and private sectors.

TRIMA 2025 is scheduled for July 30 & 31, 2025 at Hotel O by Tamara, Trivandrum. The convention will centre on the theme— “Leadership for an Emerging World – Navigating Technology, Entrepreneurship & Social Well-Being.” The event is proposed to be inaugurated by the Hon. Governor of Kerala, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar.

Through thought-provoking keynote sessions, engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, TRIMA 2025 aims to empower leaders to embrace change, foster innovation, and build a more inclusive and resilient future.

We warmly invite business leaders, management professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers, academicians, and students to join us for this landmark event. Engage in meaningful conversations, build valuable connections, and help shape the leadership narrative for a rapidly changing world.

We look forward to your participation,

Warm regards
