The Management Committee of the Trivandrum Management Association serves as the governing body responsible for the strategic direction, administration, and overall management of the Association. Comprising up to 20 elected members drawn from diverse professional backgrounds including industry leaders, entrepreneurs, academicians, and management experts, the Committee works collectively to advance the Association’s mission of promoting leadership excellence, professional development, training and knowledge sharing. To ensure broader representation and specialized expertise, the Committee also co-opted additional members, invited Guidance Council representatives, and included special invitees towards advancing management excellence.

The Office Bearers play a pivotal role in the implementation of the Association’s vision, policies, programs, and strategic initiatives while ensuring the effective management of its day-to-day operations. Led by the President and supported by the Sr.Vice President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretaries, and Treasurer, they oversee administration, finance, member engagement, and organizational activities, playing a vital role in strengthening the Association’s mission and objectives.
